@Keith_Johnson01 @BarclaysBizChat I had exactly the same experience. I spent all day trying to get through - I was cut off twice and eventually after 2+ hrs on the phone I got through. I understand it’s a tough time but the service is very very poor
@BarclaysBizChat Your web page says your relationship managers are contacting their clients - this is not true and i have spoken to mine via linkedin who said she isnt allowed to contact me i have to ring the number provided - on hold 3 1/2 hours on friday and currently 2hrs 45 minutes.
