The Philippines will let thousands of its healthcare workers, mostly nurses, take jobs in Britain and Germany if the two countries agree to donate much-needed coronavirus vaccines https://t.co/sBJFNLhXc3
@Reuters A negotiated Brain Drain
@Reuters Seems demoralizing
@Reuters What a joke.
@Reuters UK goes out of the European union to protect its jobs market from Europeans, complicating things by implementing the point system & now as many Europeans left, their Healthcare system as previously reported & expected is suffering the lack of medical staff, Doctors & nurses. Pff
@Reuters Philippines finding ways to avoid USA support. Maybe hire politicians that don’t pocket money lent?
@Reuters An upgrade of domestic help export. Good solution to lack of vaccines/hands on either side.
@Reuters Actually this is fair. The Nurses get trained in how to administer the vaccine, the country gets said vaccine and Germany and the UK get labor. Shit the Philippines are paying for the vaccines via beneficial labor for both countries instead of cash.
@Reuters Slavery by other means
