  • @cnnbrk He can’t override them.... The 10th Amendment of the Constitution says powers not delegated to federal government are reserved to the states.

  • @jsatz23 @cnnbrk He will sue them through the DOJ. It then goes to the Supreme Court. And that will be that. Yes. That’s the Legal process. The Gov cannot infringe on our 1st Amendment rights. Thus it will go to the Supreme Court.

@Thenewmatthew @cnnbrk Lol this. He can’t. So I’d love to see his plan to do so. Or typical he says this on a Friday. We never hear about it again.

  • @cnnbrk they're so not. One can worship just fine at home. God does not care.

  • @maddkat57 @cnnbrk Then they should pay taxes seeing if they are essential then that makes them a business. This is nothing but an attempt to get votes.

@cnnbrk If there is ONE THING that people CAN DO AT HOME, it would be connecting with their God. Now, "church" is a different thing. That COULD be considered a BUSINESS. And THEIR ability to sustain without the financial input of their members could be a problem. But NOT ESSENTIAL.

  • @dhart2001 @cnnbrk FYI Churches have been allowed to meet in most states, but responsible pastors have chosen not to put their congregations in danger. I know, because I am one. Churches are nonprofits and have continued to operate their food banks, funeral services, etc.
